How ya doin', Linda, and welcome back to planDisney!
I'm so glad to see you've come back to us for help with your next visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. While calling
Disney's Wilderness Lodge home for Halloween, you're in for a real treat at
Whispering Canyon Café. And as for the validity of your question, you're a mama wanting to make sure her child can eat. That's never silly, and I'm happy to help.
The Walt Disney World Resort is absolutely amazing at accommodating Guests with all sorts of dietary restrictions, sensitivities, and allergies. While the current brunch menu does include the Brisket Omelet, I'd recommend letting the Cast Member know about your daughter's needs when you check in for your reservation. I'd also speak with your server once y'all are seated. They'll be able to relay your needs to the chef. In some instances, I've even seen the chef come out and talk to Guests directly to work out an option that will meet their needs.
Pro-tip: It may be worth sending an email to Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com to the
Special Dietary Team if your daughter requires a more customized approach due to severe allergies or other medical reasons. Contact them no earlier than two weeks before your trip to see if they can help you out.
Linda, I'm wishing y'all the best trip, complete with tasty meals for everyone. If you have any other questions,
you know where to find us. You've got a friend in us!
Happy planning!
Taylor
