Have a daughter in a wheelchair who loves to take frequent breaks and people watch. Where are your favorite spots in the Parks to stop, sit down, and just people watch. Why are these your favorite spots (lots of people to watch, shady spots, etc.).

Hi Helen! We sometimes don't get questions immediately but I did answer one from you just this morning and I will copy that for you now!  By all means if you have more questions please feel free to send another my way!  It is hard to have such a small amount of space to say it all in one note!

I have found several places to enjoy my restful magic in the parks. I love Japan in EPCOT because it is a wide open space and there are some very quiet areas as well as entertainment happening.  No matter how crowded the parks are I can find a nice spot. Another EPCOT spot is the fountain in Future World although it is sometimes difficult to find shade.

In Hollywood Studios I love strolling the streets of America or sitting outside Rock 'n' Roller Coaster so see the smiles on those that exit that ride.

Animal Kingdom is full of wonderful restful places but my all time favorite is at Flame Tree Barbecue.  Follow the path down to the water's edge and sit and watch Expedition Everest. You are almost guaranteed to be joined by feathered friends of all sizes checking to see if you have a nibble for them!  It is the most quiet and peaceful place there.

I really don't have a favorite in the Magic Kingdom.....love sitting and watching at any point. Just seeing all the happy guests is a magic in itself for me.  It is easy to forget any troubles and refreshes me to remember that I am so fortunate in so many ways.

My all time resort favorite is the Grand lobby of the Grand Floridian resort.  I could sit there for an entire evening listening to the orchestra and piano music.  A second favorite would be the beaches of the Polynesian resort in the evening to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks or the water parade.

Just being at Disney is enough for me as I know it is for you. I am sure I will find new "spots" with each visit too!
