My daughter wants to wear flip flops to Disney. Although this would be great for water rides, what about rides where your feet hang free?

I have seen many guest wear flip flops in the Walt Disney World parks. I don't know how they do it as my feet and legs wouldn't hold up. I prefer my comfy sneakers.

For flip flop wearers, the one ride that I can think of where your legs dangle is Soarin' at Epcot. I've seen fellow guests simply kick off their flip flops before the ride mechanicsm lifts off or place them in the underseat bin. When the ride is over, the flip flops are easily retrieved!
