Ahoy, Kim!
Welcome aboard! I can only imagine the magical memories that would be shared on a mother-daughter sailing on Disney Cruise Line. There are so many wonderful ways to enjoy an
adult-only vacation, so I know the cruise would be packed with fun and relaxation. Beverage seminars, a
spa treatment, coffee in
Cove Café, trivia, lounging on deck 4 watching the sunset are some of my must-dos on my adult-only cruises. The list is always long!
Kim, your only options for having two larger beds in your
stateroom, excluding the upper berth pull-down, sofa bed, and lower pull-down (all 32" x 72"), would be to book a concierge-level room (1-bedroom or 2-bedroom suite). You do have a double sofa bed in the Concierge Verandah Stateroom on the
Disney Dream and
Disney Fantasy. This might be the best option if you are flexible with the ship. Sailing Concierge would provide additional benefits and another space to enjoy together, the Concierge lounge. You will also get to reserve your onboard fun and
port adventures before all other Guests with the Shoreside Concierge Team at 130 days before your sail date. This is a valuable perk, especially if you are considering booking some of those more popular activities.
Thank you for sending in your question, Kim. I hope I've given you a good option for you and your daughter. We hope you'll keep us in mind if you think of any other questions as you plan for your magical voyage. We are always happy to help.
Happy planning,
Nancy
