My daughter has to wait until she is 16 so she can get a passport since her biological father is not in the picture.Does Disney require permission from both biological parents if the child is 16 years and has a passport in order to cruise with 1 parent?

    Hi Janel,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  How exciting that you and your daughter will be sailing the high seas together!  As long as a child is traveling with at least one parent or legal guardian, permission is not required.  To see the acceptable forms of identification for you and your child, click HERE.

Minors that are not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must have a notarized Minor Authorization Form to board.  This form is provided with the cruise documents.

    Hope this helps!
