Hello my daughter will be visiting next week for her birthday and I am wanting to surprise her with something special. Is there anything that y'all offer or you can recommend?

Hey there, hi there, friend! We are so glad you stopped by planDisney with your question for us!

The Happiest Place on Earth is a fantastic place to celebrate a birthday. I am excited for your daughter to experience her special day in the parks! The first order of business for any birthday Guest is to head to City Hall or a shop on Main Street and ask a Cast Member for a complimentary birthday button. This is a fun way to show off your birthday and to let Cast Members and other Guests shout out birthday greetings. If you won't be with your daughter, I would suggest a Disney Gift Card that will give her a whole lot of options to choose on how she wants to make her birthday extra special. She could even use it to add Lighting Lane Multi Pass to her ticket once she's scanned into the parks to make the most of her day.

It's not a birthday celebration without riding The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh where the last scene is Pooh's birthday. Of course, there's also the iconic Mad Tea Party tea cups that will serenade her with very unbirthday greetings.

I am sending your daughter all the birthday wishes! I hope she has a day that is full of magic!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
