Welcome to planDisney, Holly.
Oh, bother! I'm so sorry that your daughter isn't able to come with you on your Disney trip. I hope that she is ok and that this news doesn't taint your vacation. Hopefully she'll be able to join you on your next visit. Mickey and his pals will be waiting for her when she arrives.
Well, as Dory once said, "When life gets you down, you know what you gotta do? Just keep swimming." I do have some good news for you: if your daughter's tickets have not yet been used, she can easily reassign them to another person on her Family & Friends list. To do that, she'll need to follow these steps:
- Sign in to her My Disney Experience account.
- Visit the "My Reservations" section.
- Locate the tickets she wishes to reassign.
- Select the “Reassign Ticket” link to the right of the tickets.
She can reassign the tickets until their first usage. However, once someone uses a ticket, it cannot be reassigned.
Holly, there is so much happening right now at The Most Magical Place on Earth. The
50th Anniversary Celebration includes new attractions and shows, EARidescent souvenirs and décor, and unique food and drink options. Not only that, but you'll also be traveling for the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Take some time to stroll around World Showcase and enjoy all the beautiful gardens in bloom. See how many of the
Disney character topiaries you can find. Taste the
delectable dishes and delicious drinks. I'm sure you'll have an enchanting time.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Holly.
ChEARS,
Mike
