my daughter turns ten during the trip, can i buy a child ticket

    Hi Daniela!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you are planning a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation to celebrate your daughter's birthday and I'm happy to help with your plans! Be sure to pick up a complimentary birthday celebration button for her from any theme park Guest Relations location or any Disney Resort hotel front desk. Also, you can add her birthday celebration to your dining reservations by calling (407) 939-1947.

When Guests are enjoying a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, they don't age! That means that your daughter's age at the start of your trip will be her age for the duration of your trip for ticketing purposes. So since your daughter will be 9 years old at the start of your trip, you can purchase her a child's admission ticket to use for the duration of your trip. This will save you a little bit of money for extra birthday gifts, Dole Whips and souvenEARs!

Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you continue planning your magical vacation. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
