I have a daughter that is turning 3 when we are visiting Disney, will she need a ticket?

    Hi Tania!

Thanks for bringing this question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. How exciting to be celebrating your daughter's third birthday at Walt Disney World Resort - there's no better place to turn three! Be sure to stop by any Guest Relations location or the front desk at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel to pick up a "Happy Birthday" button for your little one!

Did you know that you do not age while you are on vacation at Walt Disney World Resort? Walt Disney World Resort goes by the age your child is when you check in. Because your daughter will be two when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, you will not have to purchase a theme park ticket for her. That's true even though she celebrates her third birthday during your vacation. Hip hip hooray!

I hope this helps with your planning, Tania! Please stop back again if you have any other questions - I'd love to help!

Wishing you many magical memories and a very Happy Birthday to your daughter!
