Hello Morgan,
I think all of the Disney Resorts offer a little something to make themselves fun for kids. So it's hard for me to choose just one kid-friendly spot. But since you're on a budget, I narrowed it down to two.
Out of the Value Resorts, I like the
Pop Century Resort. This is also my sister's favorite resort. She loves it here for many reasons. But what she thinks stands out is its larger-than-life whimsy. Plus, it has the Goofy Kiddie Spray Area, a play fountain located between the 60s and 70s that kids just love!
If you'd like to consider a Moderate Resort, how about the
Caribbean Beach Resort? What kid wouldn't want to stay in a Pirate Room? It offers the only themed rooms on property with ship-shaped beds. And the pool resembles a Spanish fort complete with cannons!
My family always stays at a Disney Resort. We like being close to all of the magic. And you can make use of the complimentary transportation to the theme parks.
I hope this helps you make a decision as you're planning your Disney vacation. Happy trip planning!
