My daughter is turning 3 on 29th March. We are planning to celebrate her birthday in disney world for 2 days. In which scenario I need to buy ticket for her as well- 1) I we book for 28th March and 29th March or we book for 29th and 30th March?

Welcome to planDisney, Amrita! Celebrating your daughter's birthday at the Most Magical Place on Earth is going to be so exciting for both of you! Make sure you stop by Guest Relations and ask for a special birthday button that she can wear when visiting the parks; she's sure to get some special birthday wishes from Cast Members and Guests alike throughout her special day!

Guests under the age of 3 are considered to be "Guests of Mickey" and do not require a theme park ticket to enter the parks. Since your daughter will be turning 3 on March 29, she will require a theme park ticket for admission on that day and all days that follow during your visit, so you have a few options with your scenario. If you plan to visit the parks on March 28, she would not require a ticket on that day, so you could purchase just a one-day ticket for her to use on March 29. If you choose to visit on March 29 and 30, you will need to purchase her a two-day theme park ticket to cover both days!

Amrita, you are going to make some amazing memories with your daughter; be sure to capture some birthday images with the PhotoPass photographers throughout each of the theme parks. One of my top tips for young princesses is to stop by Sir Mickey's if you're visiting Magic Kingdom Park and ask the Cast Members there to sprinkle your daughter with some pixie dust! This complimentary extra adds a little dash of magic and glitter to your day. While you're there, stop by the Royal Portrait Studio for some photo fun!

While you're visiting, there will be lots of great springtime seasonal extras throughout the parks including the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival! This picture-perfect festival brings magic to life in a most colorful way; I love wandering through the Butterfly Garden and admiring the over 70 character topiaries throughout the park! And if you get a chance, check out the Easter egg displays at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Contemporary Resort, or Disney's Yacht Club Resort, you're sure to delight in the artistry and details they capture!

I hope this helps you to plan for your daughter's birthday celebration; if you have any other questions as you count down the days to your arrival, feel free to come on back to planDisney - we're always eager to share the magic!

    See you real soon,
