my daughter will be turning 3 the last day we will be enjoying disney world, do i have to buy a ticket for her since we will have been there a week?

This is a hard question to answer.  There is the letter of the law and then there is the intent of the law.  If you said, my daughter just turn 3 a week ago and we're off to Disney World I would say you absolutely have to buy her a ticket.  In this case, I wouldn't buy her a ticket and that's the opinion of a big rule follower.

If you plan on having a celebratory meal for her on her birthday I, personally, would expect to pay for her meal.  I felt funny bringing my two year to the buffets this past fall.  She is really tall for her age and I kept telling the waiters "and she's only 2".  You may find you have to do the same thing on your upcoming trip.  If you don't say anything waiters may think your daughter is 3 already.  Here the letter of the law states that the toddler can eat off their parents plate without being charged, but my daughter always had her own plate.  We never had a problem when the bill came.

    Hope this helps.
