My daughter will turn 3 years old 4 days after we visit Magic Kingdom. I know she would love to be dressed as a princess at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. It says it is for age 3 and up. Is Magic Kingdom strict about this age 3 limit or can she participate?

    Hi Keri,

The official word is that the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is for guests ages 3-12. However, I can tell you that no one is checking IDs for children. If you say that you're at Disney celebrating your daughter's third birthday (because you are), then you'll very likely be able to go to the BBB.

The main things to consider are whether your daughter can sit still for the half hour or so of the makeover experience and whether she'll react well to having a stranger do things like brush her hair and apply makeup. Some kids are fine with this at two and a half, while others won't be ready until age five or six. Think about whether your daughter is OK at home at a salon or similar experience. If she is, then I feel confident that she'd be fine at the BBB.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you need any additional help.
