My daughter will turn 3 on the final day of our trip and we have already purchased ticket. I have read that she doesn't need a ticket because she will be a "guest of Mickey's." Will she be able to go to BBB?

    Hey Lindsay!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How fun it is to be planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! I see you have a little princess that is ready for her crown!

Some of my family’s fondest memories at the parks are when my kids were right around 2-3 years old. I only wish I had taken more pictures and videos to capture the magic. You’re soon to be three year old daughter is absolutely a guest of Mickey Mouse! If she is two years old before the start of your trip then she will not need her own ticket to enter the parks.

A trip for a 3 year old princess just wouldn’t be right without a visit to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! With so many different packages to choose from, you're sure to find something special for her. Not too long ago I was in your same situation. My daughter was about 3 weeks shy of turning three years old and all her little heart wanted to do was become a princess at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for her birthday. We had the trip planned a few weeks before her actual birthday. I called Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and mentioned how close we were to her third birthday. They said it shouldn’t be a problem as long as she was mature enough for the experience. Seeing how your daughter will be turning 3 probably within days of when you want to visit, I think you’ll be fine. I think the maturity factor that the Cast Member mentioned goes for any age. She needs to be able to take directions, and allow for her hair and makeup to be done and only you know if that’s something she would be able to do.

My heart still melts every time I see the pictures from our experience. It truly was a magical and immersive experience. I highly recommend you make a reservation for the experience. I also recommend making a reservation early in the morning but after breakfast, we don’t need any accidents on her beautiful gown! If you make it early in the morning your daughter will have all day to enjoy her princess makeover and you’ll have more time in the day for pictures. It’s a win win situation.

Well Lindsay, I hope you and your family have the best trip to the Disneyland Resort. If you have any other questions please come back and let us know how we can help!

Remember, always believe in the magic!
