Hi Melissa! Welcome to planDisney.
Happy birthday to your daughter! I can't think of a better way to celebrate a birthday than at a Disney Park - in fact, I celebrated mine at Walt Disney World Resort a few years ago and it was the best birthday ever!
I'm sorry to hear that your daughter's very merry unbirthday was marred by an Alice in Wonderland-style mix-up. That Mad Hatter must be up to his tricks again.
Unfortunately,
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable. The best thing to do is to
contact Guest Relations at (407) 566-4985 to ask about your options. Be sure to carefully read the Terms & Conditions on the ticket so you're aware of the type of ticket you have. Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort operate as two separate entities, so tickets from one may not be used at the other, but I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes that a Cast Member can present some options to help with this issue. Please note that hold times are longer than usual right now, but please hang in there so you can speak with someone. I usually use speakerphone and bring something to read or do while I wait.
Sending lots of good wishes your way. Once you get the tickets sorted out, your friends here at planDisney are happy to help with your planning questions for
Disneyland Resort. It would be our pleasure to help your daughter plan a most magical birthday celebration at The Happiest Place on Earth.
Wishing you a great big beautiful tomorrow,
Robyn
