    Hi there! My daughter and I will be travelling to Disney for her 4th birthday, and arriving on Sept 3. On MDE I was able to customize our Magic Bands/confirm our mailing address, but I heard the bands aren't being shipped to Canada. Is this true?

    I'm so excited for you!  I hope you will love your MyMagic+ experience and the MagicBands!

    I checked with a Cast Member and found out that you are correct. Unfortunately, they are not shipped to Canada, but they are shipped to the front desk of your resort and will be available for pick-up there.

    I'm sorry.  I wish you could get them earlier but this will make your check-in even more magical.

    I'm so excited for you!  I hope you and your daughter enjoy every moment of your vacation!  Let me be one of the first to wish her a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
