Hi Tom,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. How lovely that your daughter will be performing in the choir at the
Candlelight Processional. I had goosebumps when I saw it performed last year, and I can’t imagine what a special experience it would be to actually be part of this beautiful and meaningful show.
I’m happy to confirm that Walt Disney World accepts Apple Pay at most locations. There are still a few locations around the parks that accept cash only, so let her know that she should mention to the Cast Member at the register that she will be using Apple Pay. I would also recommend sending her with some cash or some money on a Disney Gift Card in the unlikely event that the digital pay system goes down. You can purchase Disney Gift cards at most major retailers, and sending her with one might give you a little peace of mind while she’s having her magical evening. You'll also want to look to the event organizers for guidance around spending money; they may have information directly from Disney about planning for performance day.
Tom, I hope your daughter has an amazing time visiting Walt Disney World and getting to be a part of the
holiday festivities. Her singing is going to bring joy to so many Guests, and I hope she is filled with joy and pride while she performs.
Wishing her a magical evening,
Robyn
