    My daughter will only be 2.5 when we travel to WDW this summer. I'm debating purchasing the Memory Maker package, as I'm not sure how well she'll do with taking pics with the characters. Will I be allowed to take pics with my cell phone?

    Walt Disney World Resort's Memory Maker, a Disney PhotoPass product, is an awesome photography service that includes:

    • Unlimited digital downloads of your Disney PhotoPass photos/videos
    • Select attraction photos/videos
    • Select Character dining photos
    Memory Maker is great because it allows everyone in your traveling party to get in the photo! There are PhotoPass photographers throughout the parks, ready and waiting to take fabulous photos of your family in some of the most scenic locations available. You'll simply scan your MagicBand or PhotoPass card to link your photos to your My Disney Experience account.

    I understand your hesitation in purchasing Memory Maker if you're not sure how your little one will react to Disney Character photo ops. You are more than welcome to take pictures with your cell phone or digital camera, or ask a Cast Member to take them for you. If you find that your daughter does well with the Characters (fingers crossed), you can always opt to purchase Memory Maker during your vacation!

    If you’re signed in to your My Disney Experience account when you purchase Memory Maker, it can be accessed by visiting Disney PhotoPass. If you’re not signed in, you’ll first need to claim your Memory Maker by visiting My Disney Experience.
