Intergalactic Greetings, Courtney!
Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for visiting us with your “out of this world” question about
Droid Depot at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Building my own droid was one of my favorite experiences at
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Since then, my daughters have also built their own droids — and loved the experience just as much as I did! Their droids are now their ultimate travel companions during their adventures throughout the Outer Rim.
Courtney, the Force is strong with you and your Jedi-in-training. Droid Depot is recommended for children ages 3+. You will be thrilled to know that the experience area is limited to the builder and one Guest. At least one person in the party must be age 14 or older. In other words, yes, you will be able to help her build her droid!
Due to changes that have taken place during the
phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, this experience has been adjusted to incorporate physical distancing between parties. Space is limited and advance reservations for Droid Depot are highly recommended. Payment is due upon arrival. Please keep in mind that same-day reservations are not available during this unprecedented time, but walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability for the day.
I hope I have helped answer your question, Courtney! Don’t forget that you and your daughter need
Disney Park Pass reservations for Disney’s Hollywood Studios in addition to valid theme park admission tickets or annual passes for the same day. Please
visit the Disney Park Pass page to learn more!If you have any other questions, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you navigate Galaxy’s Edge!
May the Force be With you,
Priscila
