My daughter and I are staying at the All Star Movie resort and I wanted to know if there was a microwave and mini fridge. Also about transportation from this resort to other parks. We are going in late May and will stay in the Herbie Love Bug Wing. :)

Hi Pamela! Thanks for bringing your question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I’m so excited to hear about the upcoming trip you have planned with your daughter! Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort is a fun place to stay!

I’m happy to report that you will have a mini-fridge in your room. As a matter of fact, no matter where you stay at the 25 Walt Disney World Resort hotels on-site, you will have one! It’s big enough to fit a half-gallon of milk and a few other drinks or snacks.

When it comes to a microwave, standard rooms at value resorts will not include one. But you can always request one when you check in, or request one before your stay by calling (407) 939-7000. There may be a small fee, but you can always ask the Cast Member who helps you to be certain.

Don’t worry, you won’t go hungry! The World Premiere Food Court serves all your favorites, from omelets at breakfast to pasta at night. You can also have a pizza delivered right to your door with Disney Resorts Pizza Delivery.

When it comes to transportation, Disney buses will take you to all 4 theme parks, water parks and Disney Springs. You can find the bus stop in front of Cinema Hall. Ask a Cast Member and they will be happy to give you the bus schedule times during your stay, when you check-in.

Pamela, one last thing, remember that as a Disney Resort hotel guest, you can start making your FastPass+ reservations 60 days before you arrive!

I hope you have a magical trip with your daughter! Come back to see us if you have any more questions!
