    Hi! My daughter and I will be staying at the Grand Floridian Dec 2018 to celebrate her 30th birthday - Mom/Daughter trip! We will have the dinning plan (1TS, 1QS, 2Snacks), Park Hoppers, and are staying 7 nights/8 days. How to make it extra special?

    Hi Linda,

    It sounds like you have planned an absolutely magical 30th birthday for your daughter! You have chosen one of the most beautiful Disney resorts, you've included Park Hopper passes, and you're going to be sharing a whole week together in the Happiest Place on Earth! What a priceless gift!!

    Be sure to make your Advanced Dining Reservations at least 180 days prior to your departure. You're never too old to feel like a princess, so I recommend reserving Cinderella's Royal Table so you two can dine together like royalty. The atmosphere is enchanting, and it's not every day that you can enjoy dinner together in Cinderella Castle.

    If you are looking for a few "extra special" things to do together, I highly recommend that you reserve the Wild Africa Trek. On a recent family reunion, I surprised my mom, husband, and kids with this unique experience. You two will have a wonderful time together on this.

    Another treat would be to book an afternoon of pampering at Senses - A Disney Spa at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. From facials, to body treatments and massages, there is something for everyone.

    Additionally, since your celebration trip is in December, I suggest that you browse these special Holiday Events and Celebrations. I highly recommend the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace and the Candlelight Processional.
