Hi there! My daughter is 8 and my son will have just turned 12 right before our cruise in March. Is there a kid’s club they can hang out in together?

Hi there Jenna, and welcome to planDisney!  Spending time together onboard Disney Cruise Line brings about lots of magical memories.

The age requirements for the Youth Clubs are strictly enforced for the safety of the young Guests.  Disney's Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab are open to Guests ages 3 to 10 years old, and Edge is open to Guests ages 11 to 14 years old.   During Open House, though, your pirate crew can spend time together in the Youth Clubs. The Open House times will be listed in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.  There is usually one on embarkation day for young Guests to become familiar with these areas.  You are welcome to join them as well!

There are lots of other activities to do together such as going to the pool and watching Funnel Vision, playing family trivia, and going to the sports deck to play basketball or ping pong.  I know they will find lots of fun things to do together!

If you have any other questions, sail back to planDisney, and we will be happy to help.

    Adventure is out there!
