My daughter has a sever peanut allergy. I thought I read somewhere that there was an email form that can be filled out and sent to Disney with all of your ADR info and allergy info, but I can't find any info on this now. Any help would be appreciated!

WDW has an excellent system in place to deal with Special Dietary Requests. Follow the link provided and at the bottom of the page is the phone number and email address to receive further information.

A form will be emailed to you. After filling out this form, it is sent to the Chefs at the dining locations that you have noted on the form. Therefore, you no longer have to call each restaurant.

You will also receive information on counter service foods.

While at WDW, feel free to ask to speak with the Chef. They will explain what your daughter can and can not have from the menu. They will suggest meals that they can specially prepare for her, including alternative desserts.

At counter service restaurants, do not hesitate to ask to see the packaging labels of food items before placing your order.

    Wishing your daughter safe meals!
