Hi Rebecca,
Your vacation is coming soon, so thank you for bringing your question to planDisney. Walt Disney World Resort wants everyone to enjoy the magic, and there are several
accommodations for those who require them.
While you won’t find an official list of conditions online, Disability Access Service is available for Guests who have difficulty waiting in attraction queues for extended periods of time. International Guests are not able to pre-register for Disability Access Service prior to their arrival. On your first theme park day, you and your daughter need to visit
Guest Relations in the theme park where a Cast Member will ask a few questions to determine eligibility. Disability Access Service is valid for 60 days, and can be used throughout Walt Disney World Resort, so no need to visit Guest Relations when you move on to the next theme park.
I want to make sure you know about the
First Aid centers in each theme park. These locations would be a great place for your daughter to take the time she needs to manage her condition in a private area with a healthcare professional nearby.
I hope this was helpful, Rebecca. If you have any further questions as you prepare for your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, I’ll be
here at planDisney.
Do as dreamers do,
Kaitlin
