Hey, Jennifer!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your daughter made a wise choice. Recently, we had 8:05 a.m. dining reservations inside Magic Kingdom Park and the meal was worth every bite.
Disney Transportation Buses from Disney Resort hotels, most days, will begin shuttling Guests around 6:30 a.m. for early dining experiences. Offsite Guests will be allowed in the Transportation and Ticket Center (parking lot for Magic Kingdom Park) around 7:00 a.m. and then hop on the
Resort Monorail (if it's running at that time) to Magic Kingdom Park. If it is not running a Walt Disney World Bus should be there to help.
When you get to Magic Kingdom Park you will see a Cast Member with a clipboard checking Guests for early dining reservations or tours. You will be directed to a line (typically on the left side) and wait until they open the theme park between 7:45 a.m. and 7:55 a.m. just for these Guests. General admission will not begin until the theme park officially opens at 9:00 a.m. if there are no Extra Magic Hours.
Disney Dad Tip: Once inside, the light crowds provide a perfect opportunity for special photos of Cinderella Castle, buildings on Main Street, U.S.A. and attractions in Fantasyland. Recently, early dining Guests who have finished their meals have been able to jump aboard the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train before the theme park opens and sing “Heigh Ho!" with Doc and the gang. Talk about magical.
Jennifer, enjoy making many
unforgettable, delicious and Magical Memories!
