My daughter has qualified for a das pass and we have received conflicting information regarding stroller wagons. The person we spoke with from DAS said we could use one, but guest services said we couldn’t. She is uncomfortable in a traditional stroller.

    Welcome to planDisney Christopher!

I am sorry you are getting conflicting information regarding stroller wagons at the Walt Disney World theme parks and water parks.

According to the website: "Wagons are prohibited at any theme park or water park" and "Stroller wagons are also prohibited."

Although it sounds like you already spoke with Disability Services, they can be reached at (407)560-2547 if you want to speak to them about the conflicting information you are receiving from the website.

Sending best wishes to you and your family!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
