My daughter will probably be too short to ride the Avatar Flight of Passage when we take our trip (she'll be 5 at the time of our trip). Will my hubby and I be able to ride without having to stand in line, ride, then switch and do it all again? Thx!

    Hello Veronica!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

My daughter was 5-years-old the first time she visited the Walt Disney World Resort, and she also did not meet the height requirements for a couple of attractions.

In situations like this one I recommend using Rider Switch service, which allows adults to take turns waiting with a child that cannot ride. To request a Rider Switch pass, simply talk to Cast Members at the entrance of participating attractions and they will guide you through the process. The first person to ride can use a FastPass+ selection or wait in the standby line. The second adult will have a digital pass assigned to their MagicBand or theme park admission card, and will be given a return window to enjoy the attraction using the FastPass+ entrance. Please note this return window will not start immediately after the first adult exits the attraction.

Thank you for stopping by, Veronica! I hope this helps you plan magical moments with your little one!

    Best magical wishes,
