We had our daughter do a princess makeover at Disneyland and we were given photopasses of the photo shoot. Downloading them is free with the package but when I link the photopass ID I'm being charged for the download. why?

    Hello, Lucy!

Welcome, and thank you so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I’m thrilled to hear you visited the Happiest Place on Earth to make magical memories with your family! I hope your daughter loved transforming into a Disney Princess during her visit to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Disneyland Park. The Fairy Godmothers-in-training sure know how to make little girls feel like royalty!

If your Disneyland Resort vacation occurred recently and you believe digital downloads were included with the portrait package you purchased, it would be best to contact Disney PhotoPass Guest Support directly at (407) 560-4300 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance with your specific situation. Please have your disneyland.com online account information handy, as well as the Disney PhotoPass ID number you’re attempting to enter into your account.

I hope this information helps, Lucy. Please feel free to send us any other Disneyland Resort questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
