My daughter is pregnant and will not be able to ride any rides, does she still need a ticket into the parks?

Hi Kim and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you have a family vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort in the works! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

When it comes to spending a day at any of Walt Disney World Resort’s theme parks, whether you’re a thrill seeker hopping on and off of attractions, or just enjoying the scenery, you will need a valid theme park ticket to enter. You can purchase theme park tickets on Disney’s official web site or at any ticket window at the four theme parks.

Kim, there are lots of attractions your pregnant daughter can enjoy during your visit! During my pregnancy with my youngest daughter, I just made sure to look for attractions for riders of all ages. You can always take a look at what’s available by theme park so she can plan out her day.

Before your visit, you’ll want to make sure your theme park tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account so that you can make your FastPass+ selections. Guests who stay off-site can make their selections 30-days before their visit. Guests who stay at a Disney Resort hotel can make selections 60-days before their visit. It’s just one of the many benefits of staying within the magic!

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. Helping you with the details of your next magical visit is our pleasure!
