My daughter is participating in the parade (cheerleader) on 3/5/22 I was under the impression our reservations were made when the coach purchased the tickets. I tried reserving but was unable to.

    Hello, Raquel,

How exciting that your daughter’s cheer team gets to participate in such a magical experience at The Happiest Place on Earth! Now let’s see what it will take to get you into the park to help cheer on the cheerleaders.

As you are aware, Guests of the Disneyland Resort must have both theme park admission and a theme park reservation in order to visit a theme park. In some cases, it is possible to acquire theme park tickets that are not already tied to any theme park reservation. In those cases, the tickets must be linked to a Disneyland Resort online account and reservations made. Once reservations are made, you use the “My Theme Park Reservations” page to verify the reservations are in place.

The pool of available theme park reservations is limited. For weekends and other popular dates, it is best to make reservations as soon as possible. If you are finding your needed dates are not showing available on the theme park availability calendar, there may still be some hope. Some other Guests may need to cancel their reservations. So it is worth checking the calendar frequently. One or two days before a certain date seem to show the most activity for cancellations like that.

If you happen to be staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels, I’ve got great news. On-site hotel Guests may access theme park reservation inventory exclusively for them! Hotel guests may use a "Make a Park Reservation" link available from the hotel reservation page. My family and I went with this route to help us secure coveted park reservations for New Year’s Eve in Disneyland Park. That was an amazing experience that we’ll always treasure.

Tony’s Tip: In some cases, it may be worthwhile to check with an event coordinator to see if some magic can be made. While I can’t guarantee they can find park reservation availability, you never know! I recommend reaching out through the team’s coach to find out

I hope that gives some ideas as you prepare to visit the Disneyland Resort, Raquel. I’m sending happy thoughts and pixie dust your way!
