My daughter is part of a smaller Cheer gym and we're discussing doing a Comp at Disney next year. Where do we even begin to gather info on pricing, etc.? I've read through the WWOS website but can't find anything concrete. New beginner info!

    Hi Erin!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

As a former cheerleader, I think competitions at Walt Disney World are the best choice!  Aside from the cheerleading, there are so many wonderful memories to be made by the participants and their families.

Your first step would be to choose which competition your squad is best-suited for.  If you follow this link, you can find a calendar of cheer/dance events that take place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Each event has their own information with pricing/details.  Pricing will vary by choice.

Once you pick your event, you can follow the event links to find out more information.  Most events will have travel booking information and agents to use.  If you know which one you would like to enter and have any follow up questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to me for more specific details.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
