A few years back, I ran into an issue where two of my children had somehow been mixed up within my My Disney Experience account. Their names and ages were mismatched. No matter how many attempts I made to resolve the issue by editing within the My Friends & Family section, I was unsuccessful. In the end, I had to make a phone call to get my issue cleared up. The good news, though, is that the Cast Member I spoke with resolved my problem very quickly once she came on the line.
If you’re unable to make this change through the
My Disney Experience mobile app, I would recommend
calling and speaking with someone about your existing unused theme park tickets. They should be able to successfully make that change for you.
