    Paula from NC Asked

My daughter has a park ticket but her name has changed due to a divorce. How can she update her last name on her ticket to match her ID’s?

Hi, Paula! Thanks for stopping in here at planDisney. I’m happy to share my experience so that we can get your family all squared away.

A few years back, I ran into an issue where two of my children had somehow been mixed up within my My Disney Experience account. Their names and ages were mismatched. No matter how many attempts I made to resolve the issue by editing within the My Friends & Family section, I was unsuccessful. In the end, I had to make a phone call to get my issue cleared up. The good news, though, is that the Cast Member I spoke with resolved my problem very quickly once she came on the line.

If you’re unable to make this change through the My Disney Experience mobile app, I would recommend calling and speaking with someone about your existing unused theme park tickets. They should be able to successfully make that change for you.

I hope you find speedy resolution to your problem, Paula, and that you can all enjoy a magical vacation really soon!
