My daughter is one and does not like high chairs, so she will be sitting on my lap at restaurants, do I have to include her in the head count. We have 6 people total and it seems like its easier to find reservations if I only say 5 total.

    HI Corey!

All members of your party must be included in the total count when you are making dining reservations.  Even though your daughter won't be taking up a seat at the table, she still counts as a person towards the maximum occupancy set by the fire code of the restaurant.

    Have a magical day!
