Hello Amanda! A very warm welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited for your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth and the magic in store for you and your two-year-old sweetheart!
Thank you for your great question. Guests under the age of three do not require a theme park ticket to experience Disneyland Park or California Adventure Park, you're right, Amanda. You'll also be happy to know that neither a park reservation nor any type of special check in for your daughter is required either! All your little passenger princess has to do is show up!
I have more good news, Amanda! Your little one is the practically perfect age because Guests under the age of three also eat free at all
Character Dining locations in Disneyland! Make sure to add your princess on the Guest count, however, as you'll want a royal seat waiting for her!
Lastly, Amanda, I want to make sure you know about an incredible resource for young families - the
Disneyland Resort Baby Care Centers! These quiet, cool escapes away from the hustle and bustle provide caregivers and their little ones with some extra comforts and are located at the end of Main Street next to Plaza Inn in Disneyland Park, as well as next to Ghirardelli Soda Fountain in California Adventure. In my experience, there's also a short cut to this particular Baby Care Center from
Cars Land behind Fillmore's Taste-In. Each of these full-service Baby Care Centers are complimentary and offer a host of helpful amenities like toddler-size toilets! They also have the coldest water in the entire park, in my opinion, so make sure to fill up your water bottles while you're there!
I hope this has been helpful to you in your planning, Amanda, and that you and your sweet one have so much fun immersed in the Disneyland magic. I'm so thrilled for you both to experience this magical place together - just as Walt intended. Say "hi" to Mickey for me!
TWO-ddles!
McCayla
