My daughter and I are not much into park rides. I do get motion sick sometimes. I can handle fast rides, but I do not like the ones that turn you upside down or has loops. Which rides should I avoid? I want to experience much as possible without sickness.

    Hey Roger!!

Thank you so much for your question!!!

There are definitely some rides that you might want to think twice about if you get sick going upside down/looping.

At Disney's Hollywood Studios there are two attractions that come to mind that might make you a little motion sick.  The first is the Rock 'N Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith.  This roller coaster has numerous loops and corkscrews, so I would definitely be weary of that attraction.  The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror doesn't go upside down, but there is a lot of up and down motion and I am not sure if that will affect you or not.

There aren't any attractions at the Magic Kingdom or Epcot that go upside down.  Space Mountain at the Magic Kingdom could potential get you a little motion sick due to the sudden drops and turns.  There isn't anything at Epcot that I believe you should be cautious about.

The only other attraction at the theme parks that I would suggest thinking twice about would be Expedition Everest at Disney's Animal Kingdom.  This roller coaster does not go upside down, but there is a portion of it that goes backwards and it always gets my stomach!!

Other than those attractions, I know that you and your daughter will have a great trip!!!

Please let me know if you have any additional questions that I can help with!!

    Have a magical day!!
