Hi Janet,
Welcome to planDisney! Well, this a conundrum. Luckily, we have great Cast Members who work in Website Support. I suggest that you call 407-939-4357 and, when prompted, ask for Website Support. Given the dates of your arrival I suggest that your daughter and you call as soon as possible!
My husband had a
My Disney Experience account affiliated with an email that he no longer used and we needed to shift control of his profile to the My Disney Experience account that I manage. I thought I could just create a new profile, but his Annual Pass was linked to the other account, so a Cast Member had to make the change for us to make sure his pass and all of our plans stayed linked.
Once you get that settled, be sure that you review the
theme park experience updates. The time of your visit is going to be busy! Also make sure that you have
advanced dining reservations and that those are
linked to your account. If you have not done so already, also check the
operational updates since procedures could change.
With the excitement of an upcoming trip, I understand there is a lot to do! If you have not done so already, download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. On our last trip, we loved using it for
Mobile Dine Check-in. We would often check-in while walking to the restaurant and then, by the time we arrived, our table was ready!
Janet, I trust that you will get your My Disney Experience account sorted and will then be all set. Since I love to budget everything, I will also remind you to remember the cost of gratuities when estimating your food budget. We added a few signature restaurants one year and I had not considered the increase in gratuities. We love to support the hard-working Cast Members who make our visits magical!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
