My daughter and I want to have a night out she is 24 and just want to have fun, what do you suggest where to go?

    Hi there, Jan!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question. A mother-daughter night out at in the Most Magical Place on Earth sounds practically perfect in every way. There are SO many fun ways to enjoy an adult night out in the Walt Disney World Resort so I'd love to give you some ideas!

My first thought would be to dine and check out some of the great entertainment in Disney Springs. There are seriously countless amazing options here including bars, lounges, and restaurants to satisfy any craving. I think you two would really enjoy Wine Bar George, The Edison, or Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant to name just a few options. Many locations like these and others even have nightly entertainment or live music. I think you will love the energy of Disney Springs in the evening.

Another fun idea I had was to spend an evening doing a monorail tour while checking out the decor, bars, and restaurants of the three hotels located on the Resort Monorail loop. For example, you could start your evening having dinner at one of the many great restaurants in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and touring the fantastic lobby. Next you can hop on the monorail to have a tropical beverage at Trader Sam's Grog Grotto at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and finally you ride in style over to Disney's Contemporary Resort to grab a fun cupcake from Contempo Cafe. There are so many ways you could do this, so make sure to check all of the restaurant and bar options in each hotel.

Another great area for a night out is Disney's BoardWalk. I love the details and craft cocktails at AbracadaBar, the ice cream at Ample Hills Creamery, and the amazing seafood at Flying Fish. Some of my favorite Florida sunsets have been viewed from Disney's BoardWalk, and the area really comes to life with lights as the sun goes down.

I hope some of these ideas are helpful, and I wish you both the vacation of a lifetime!
