Dear Kristina,
You'll be glad to know that the
Disneyland Resort is extremely accommodating to guests with a wide range of special requests.
Considering your daughter's allergies, you can most definitely bring your own food to the Parks but if you plan ahead and make reservations at your favorite table service dining locations, you can speak to the chef at each restaurant ahead of time and he or she will gladly prepare a scrumptious meal that meets your daughter's
special dietary requests (I've seen it happen)!
As a matter of fact, special dietary requests—including food allergies, food intolerance, medically restricted diets and kosher meals—are generally accommodated with no problem.
All you have to do is make your
restaurant reservation online and call the Disney Dining line at (714) 781-DINE to let them know about your specific dietary request before you arrive at your reservation.
You can also email them at
Special.Diets@Disneyland.com if that's easier.
Now, if you choose to bring your own food from home, like I said earlier, that's completely fine. If you want to keep your food fresh, however, I would recommend you pack it in a small cooler and store it in a
locker rental until you're ready to eat (there are no public refrigerators available at the Disneyland Resort at this time).
I hope this helps, Kristina!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
We're happy to assist with your planning & send you Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust!
