Oh boy! I am sorry to hear that there was an unexpected move that has changed your plans for your upcoming visit with your daughter. The unfortunate news is that according to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, tickets are nonrefundable. However, the good news is that you will be able to use that ticket for yourself or anyone else as long as it is wholly unused. If you are the one who purchased these tickets on your Disney account, you would be able to change the name if you wish. You would need to call into Ticket Services or chat through the
Disneyland app to make that change.
I hope you are still able to make your visit that you have planned. It is such a magical time to visit and experience the
holidays at Disneyland Resort. From the entertainment and decor to the delicious limited-time treats and attraction overlays, there just is so much to experience! The holiday treats are always at the top of my list and I love that you can
