Hi, I have a daughter with Multiple Sclerosis and she can't stand in the heat and on her feet for long periods of time. How can I accommodate her while we are waiting on the long lines? We are planning on being in Disney this February Thank you!

Hi Rina!  I am glad you have chosen February to come for a Disney visit as the weather is much more bearable at this time of year. Hopefully you will find the temperatures in the 70's during the day and cooler evenings which will make it easier for your daughter.

Stop in at each of the park's Guest Services to ask about a Guest Assistance Card. If you find that the lines are long and you will be standing in the heat for a bit of time this card can be shown to the cast member at the attraction and if possible they can assist you to another waiting area that might be inside in the air conditioning or at least in the shade. Please understand that this is NOT a front of the line pass so you will not be by-passing all other guests. The cast member will help accommodate you so your daughter can be comfortable in the wait.

Have a great time....love Disney in February!
