It’s a small world after all, Kandice, and I’m so glad you found your way to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’d love to help you with your vacation-planning question, so let’s get started!
First off, I’m so excited for your November getaway to the
Most Magical Place on Earth – you’re going to make so many special memories! I checked with a Cast Member, and was told that since your little Mouseketeer will still be under the age of 2, she won’t be required
to wear a face covering. In addition, you won’t need to provide any proof of age for your daughter. If a Cast Member does ask you her age, simply let them know how old she is. Luckily, Mickey is a very trusting mouse!
If, however, your daughter shows any interest in wanting a face mask, I highly recommend
Disney’s Cloth Face Masks, which are available on
shopDisney.com, in Disney Springs, and in the theme parks. These face masks are my family’s favorite! Not only is their material super soft, but they actually stay up, even when I’m talking. I would recommend the size small for your little one – they even come in
four adorable Disney Princess and Frozen designs – my daughter wears them everywhere we go!
If this is your daughter’s first visit to Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to pick up a complimentary “First Visit” button from a Cast Member at any Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, or from any Guest Relations locations inside the theme parks. You’ll also want to get familiar with the
Baby Care Centers, located inside all four theme parks. These Centers are the perfect spot to change a diaper, potty train, feed, or simply take a break with your youngster.
I hope this information helps as you continue planning your dream vacation, Kandice! Please stop by with any additional questions you may have... I'm all EARs!
