My daughter is marching with her high school band in a parade at Magic Kingdom. My wife, son, and I are going separately. I have our tickets and purchased MemoryMaker. Is there a way to include my daughter in the MemoryMaker?

Hi there Joseph, welcome to planDisney!

You must be a super proud Dad to be able to witness your daughter performing with her band right here at Walt Disney World Resort, and it's definitely such a special moment when you see loved ones heading right down Main Street U.S.A. for the first time. I know when I performed in a parade for the first time in front of my parents it really made the whole experience so much more memorable compared to the hundreds of times I appeared in front of guests, so capturing as much of you can during this trip will mean so much!

You'll be happy to hear that extending the perks associated with your Memory Maker purchase to your loved ones is currently as easy as adding up to 25 people to your Family & Friends list in order to be able to share and download the photos taken during the validity period of your Memory Maker. With this in mind, make sure you do this sooner than later by ensuring that your daughter is able to log into her MyDisney account so that you can locate and add her to the Family & Friends list of whichever account has Memory Maker. Since participants in Disney Imagination Campus Performances typically have access to special date-specific admission media that is already subject to certain restrictions, you'll want to make sure that she's prepared well in advance with the My Disney Experience App and her theme park ticket(s) linked to the account. You'll want to follow the instructions in the app to make sure that she's on your Family & Friends list with a linking code scanned digitally or entered manually, and also that she scans her admission media (whether it's a card or MagicBand) any time she takes a photo with a Disney PhotoPass photographer.

Alternatively, she can also request a Disney PhotoPass card from one of the photographer Cast Members who often have them handy that you can manually link afterward using a code found on the back. I hope that this works for you, Joseph - if you're still unsure by the time of your trip next month it's a great idea to seek help from a PhotoPass or Guest Relations Cast Member so that they can walk you through the process sooner than later!

Here's to proud parents everywhere supporting musical and creative pursuits - and capturing those moments whenever they can!
