    If my daughter makes a package reservation now for herself and her son, to include a free Quick Service dining plan, (with a paid for Dining Plan upgrade) would she be able to add her partner to the package at a later date?

    Thanks for writing.  If the package is still available, and the addition of your daughter's partner doesn't exceed the room occupancy rate, she should be able to add her partner.  I was able to successfully add my mom to a free dining offer about a year ago in a very similar way.  To be safe, I'd check with the Cast Member who helps book the reservation, however.  Happy planning!
