Greetings, Linda!
I hope you’re having a blast at the Happiest Place on Earth this week! I would recommend heading over to a
Guest Relations location to speak with a Cast Member who can best assist you. Guest Relations can be found at City Hall in Disneyland Park, and at Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park. Depending on your daughter’s specific needs, a Cast Member will put together the best plan of action, possibly including
Disability Access Service, so she can avoid waiting in long lines with the help of an issued return time. If she's simply looking for a spot to sit down and rest, the
Baby Care Center is another option. You can find one at the end of Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park, and one on Pacific Wharf in Disney California Adventure Park. Though they're geared toward preschoolers and babies, they do offer an area to sit down if she needs it. Of course, if she has an immediate need for medical attention, the
First Aid centers are available inside both parks, too.
Lastly, I’m not sure where you’re staying, but
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is a great option for families who want to take a break or two throughout their Disney days. The direct access into Disney California Adventure Park makes for a short walk back and forth as needed.
I hope this information helps. Wishing you a magical, and comfortable, vacation at the Disneyland Resort!
