Hey there, hi there, ho there, Savitri! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be.
I love that you are looking to commemorate the end of your princess's high school years with a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth; it's my family's favorite place to celebrate a special occasion! At the moment, there is no waitlist feature in the
Disney Park Pass System, and I understand how disappointing it must be to find that there are no theme park reservations left for your desired travel dates. I am happy to offer some alternatives if you still wish to visit in early April.
I have enjoyed several resort-only "staycations" during the
phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort and have found plenty to keep me busy. From swimming pools to
Movies Under the Stars to signature dining experiences, the hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection have so many wonderful amenities and activities. A few months ago, we celebrated my daughter's birthday at
Disney's Riviera Resort and spent two full days poolside. We also had a few special meals and explored the neighboring resorts via the
Disney Skyliner.
If you can't get enough souvenEARS and delicious Disney snacks, shopping and dining opportunities abound at
Disney Springs, just a short bus ride away from all of the hotels in the
Disney Resorts Collection. My mom and I could easily spend a day wandering around the lake and sampling snacks from Gideon's Bakehouse and other uniquely themed eateries.
Disney's BoardWalk is another lovely place to visit for dining, strolling, and shopping.
Fantasia Gardens & Fairways Miniature Golf at the adjacent
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is a lovely place to spend an afternoon. Enjoy the lush landscape and see if your skills are up to par!
Savitri, if spending a day in the
Magic Kingdom Park is truly what you desire, you may want to consider rescheduling your visit. If you take a look at the
Availability Calendar, you'll see that starting in mid-April, there are many more opportunities to reserve your day in all four theme parks. No matter when you and your daughter decide to travel, I wish you all the best and hope you have a magical time celebrating this important milestone. Thanks again for coming by to see us, and here's to a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
