My daughter and I would love to experience afternoon tea at The Grand Floridian, but due to constraints would not drink the actual tea. Is the Mrs Potts tea something that would work for us? Or is there a hot chocolate option? Thanks :)

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Kristen and thank you for your question.

How positively lovely that you're going to the Afternoon Tea with your daughter, what lovely memories await you both!

Afternoon Tea at Disney’s Grand Floridian Garden View Tea Room is the perfect way to immerse yourself in the style of a grand British afternoon tea. Delight in the quaint selections of sandwiches, pastries and scones surrounded by refreshing elegant surroundings.

Mrs. Potts Tea is perfect for children ages 3-9 and the special “Dark Tea” (Chocolate Milk) adds a little flourish of British touches for them.

Tea Packages vary for adults and some are also accompanied by different types of champagne. Of course, if you’re not in favor of drinking tea, you may select from specialty coffees (fee applies) from a separate menu. Please consult your Cast Member upon being seated with your beverage choices, as they will make every effort to be most accommodating of your needs.

    Tips:
Since Afternoon Tea is a popular option, may I suggest Advance Dining Reservations.
The Derbyshire Tea package presents you with Veuve Cliquot Champagne, a lovely accompaniment with your scones, sandwiches, and desserts.

Kristen, I hope that you find this information helpful and hope we can be of assistance to you in the near future.

Wishing you a unique and magical Afternoon Tea with your daughter.
