When making your reservation please speak with a Castmember regarding this request. We call it a VIP Cleaning of your resort room. It includes cleaning the carpets, curtains and linens. The linens will go through a second cycle of washing and rinsing. They will also provide you with allergen free pillows if you request them. I'm not sure if there is an extra charge for this service, but I do know that Disney will make sure they do everything possible to ensure that the cleaning is thorough.
I would also call the resort about a week to 10 days before you arrive to confirm that the VIP cleaning is scheduled for you. Giving them advance notice and reconfirming the service is your best bet. While you're on your call; 407-939-5277 with Disney, you can also request unscented toiletries. However, I would probably bring my own products. Let them know in detail what your concerns are. This will let to see what kind of resolution, if any, they can provide.
If there is also a food allergy involved please note them in your Advance Dining Reservation. You can also email
Special.Diets@disneyworld.com to let the chefs know what the allergies are. They will correspond with you and decide what the safest options are for your daughter. Please remember to tell your server that she has a food allergy. The chef will come out personally to speak with you about the allergy.
