My daughter lost her wand from Cinderella's Round Table lunch somewhere between Orlando and Chicago. Because her twin sister still has hers, there's some sadness in our house. Is there any way I can get another one?

    Hi there, Samantha!

Oh, that is definitely a bummer.

There are a couple of avenues you can pursue, but please know that these are by no means guarantees of success.

    1. Disney World Mail Order has a vast store of information regarding all kinds of products - past and present - available at Disney Parks. If you regretted that cute sweatshirt that you didn't buy, for example, it's Disney Mail Order that would be able to help you out.

They can be reached in the following ways:
    Telephone: 877-560-6477 (toll Free)
    Fax: 407-352-6369
    Email: wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com

Because the wand is labeled as exclusive to the Royal Table experience, this route might be a little more challenging, but it's worth a shot. They're open M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Eastern time,

    2. Guest Relations deals with crises like this on a daily basis. Because you were a Guest who did dine at the Royal Table, they might be able to make some magic happen for your little one. While they can be reached by telephone at (407) WDW-MAGIC, you may prefer to contact them via email at
wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com, or even via snail mail:

    Walt Disney World Guest Relations
    P.O. Box 10000
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Due to the volume of mail the Cast Members receive, you should expect a response in a few days. And make sure to include your telephone number for the quickest means of return contact.

Please let me know how everything turns out; I wish you lots of luck and pixie dust!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
