    my daughter lost her beautiful pink magic band on our last stay and had a grey one given to her to replace it, can she have another pink one and how do I go about it? we arrive in February 2017 thank you

    Hi Sharon,

    I'm very sorry to hear that your daughter lost her pink MagicBand during your last trip to the Walt Disney World Resort.

    I think I am right in saying that you will be staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge when you visit in February 2017 and if this is the case, your whole travel party will automatically receive new MagicBands when you check-in at your Disney Resort hotel. (Unfortunately, MagicBand orders cannot be shipped to the UK.)

    You are able to personalize your MagicBand order (which includes being able to choose what colour MagicBand each person would like) by taking the following steps—at least 11 days before your arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort:-

    1/ Create or sign into your My Disney Experience account.
    2/ Link your reservation to your Disney account.
    3/ Click on MagicBands and Cards.
    4/ Customize your MagicBand.

    I hope that this information has been of help and that your daughter enjoys wearing her new pink MagicBand during your upcoming stay.
