My daughter and I are looking forward to our Christmas trip next week! Can we purchase 2 individual Lightning Lane passes for each park we hop to in a single day, or just 2 total Lightning Lanes per day?

    Hi, Shari! Welcome to planDisney!

You know that Christmas carol that goes "all is merry and bright"? They must have had Walt Disney World in mind when they wrote it because a Disney holiday is the merriest and brightest of all! I'm so excited for you and your daughter to experience it together.

And of course, part of the fun is thinking about all the amazing attractions you want to see! Disney has made planning a snap with the new Disney Genie service and the Lightning Lane entrances throughout the theme parks. It sounds like you've been doing your research, because you already know that you can purchase access to up to two individual Lightning Lane attractions per day! Those two attractions are your total for the day, not per theme park, although they don't have to be in the same park. Pair it up with the Lightning Lane selections available when you also purchase Disney Genie+, and you have the "World" at your fingertips!

I hope this helps you make the most of your Disney days, Shari. Thank you so much for stopping by, and I wish you and your dear daughter the most magical Christmas ever!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
